Directions:
Shake well before each use. Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) with 100 ml of orange juice or water in the morning and evening before meals, or 4 teaspoons (20 ml) with 200 ml of orange juice or water once daily. Use the calibrated measuring cap as provided in the package to obtain an accurate dosage.
